TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKENDS ON, 2 weeks off to Integrate, TWO LAST CONSECUTIVE WEEKENDS
An Introduction to Yoga Therapy and a starting point for Trauma and Life-Sensitive™ teaching, this 8 day training offers more than the average Yin Yoga Training. Examine the myriad ways of incorporating BOTH YIN AND RESTORATIVE YOGA POSES IN ALL CLASS TYPES. Learn and review how to thread Kundalini Yoga and Long, Slow, Deep (LSD) techniques into any class; ask why and how including these can be beneficial within the scope of both personal practice and teaching.
Develop and mature an existing understanding of classical yin yoga and learn the differences, similarities and advantages of mixing both yin and restorative poses in one class. No longer teach from a “one size fits all” approach to yoga. Delve into Bio-mechanical Anatomy and Energetics thru Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Meridians & Biotensegrity, Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine.
