Above and beyond the basics, this module offers a broad and satisfying look at how to tailor yoga for the expectant mother. Learn safe abdominal toning and gain a better understanding of more appropriate pelvic floor practice. Incorporating both Traditional Chinese Medicine & Ayurveda for the Childbearing Years, learn and review how to weave many styles of yoga practice into one class.
